Close to airport

Charged us three times, adamant that we were at fault without checking themselves, restaurant and bar swarming with flies, unfriendly staff and a number of frogs trying to jump into room when raining! Can also only use shower in morning if you want any power

Good location for a place to stay to access the airport - only a 5 minute free shuttle ride away. Spa was good and very relaxing. Rooms are very spacious.

Noisy - because there aren’t actual windows (mesh & shutters) noise travels through to rooms and had a terrible sleep.

The bathroom for one of the interconnected house was smelly guests it wasn't cleaned properly

What was the highlight of Tokatoka Resort Hotel

When we arrived my son was very sick the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged a car and driver right away to take my son to the doctor and then to get his medication. Once i was back at the hotel they then helped me get him to the room. They went above and beyond and made a hard time so much better and easier.

Very Good

The staff's friendly and professional service. The pool was a big hit with our children. Being close to the airport is very convenient for us travelling as a family.

The deluxe cottage was not well lit. This can be upgraded to have better lighting. The facilities are looking a bit tired in the cottages and can benefit from a renovation.

Staff were fantastic. Room was very spacious - pool was great for kids. Restaurant food was nice. Location perfect for stopover.

Thermostat on AC faulty - made very loud noise when engaging, waking the tribe up every time. Mattress too soft for an old-man back like mine. Porter was asked to collect luggage on checkout but by the time he came we'd taken bags ourselves to ensure we made shuttle - Fiji timr I guess. :) Reception hadn't received booking made 3 days earlier online via booking.com.

Close to airport

Arrived early and room wasn't ready till 2.30pm. Got to our room and there were dirty plates and cutlery on the table on the balcony. There was no water or milk in the fridge. The shower dribbled out and the lighting is terrible. We are by no means fussy but this was definitely an average end to our fab holiday.

What was the highlight of Tokatoka Resort Hotel

The location is great- its like 2 mins away from the airport especially if you're looking to stay for the night or running after a flight. The facilities are nice and so is the food. Overall was comfortable for a 1 nighter but definitely not for a longer stay.

The cleanliness is good on the surface but I found 2 headlices on my towel and my blanket which I was not happy about!! I also left food in my room and after the duty staff cleaned my room i came back up to check the food and they had eaten it and closed the containers properly and left it there. This is a sign of dishonest staff which is a REAL hazard!! The wifi is also only free for 24hrs but is really really bad. Can't make video calls properly. And if you're ordering room service, they take forever to come back with the food!

Everyone at Tokatoka resort are great, genuinely friendly. Always there to help you with anything you need. I was traveling with my son who has challenging needs and the staff at Tokatoka were the best.

Have mosquito spray in room though there was no mosquito.

Value for money, met expectations, close to airport, would recommend to others

Very comfortable, close to the Airport, sraff were friendly.

Thr musuc played in thr main area was switched on and off which affected the atmosphere in the area, the toads were interesting.

Pool was great staff were very friendly Location was good close to the airport.

our bathroom ceiling has a leak, wasn't fixed the first time i reported, however the staff made us move rooms on our last night there. Could have moved earlier.

Great location, right across from the airport. Restaurant food was nice, and pool looked like it would be fun for kids

Very basic accommodation. Room AC was very bright - so make sure you have a sleeping mask if you're a light sleeper. Good for one night.

Convenient for the airport. Generally okay. Friendly staff. Airport pickup/dropoff fine. Paid-for Wifi was much better than the free one (5x speed plus two concurrent devices instead of one). Restaurant food was quite nice, though pricey.

Free WiFi could have been a lot better considering it's the 21st century now! My room was dark - there were no glass windows, just shutters and mosquito gauze. If you opened the shutters to let some light in, the heat and humidity quickly followed. The fan didn't work and although I reported it, no one did anything about it. Very pricey bar - beer at twice the price of the other 3 places I stayed in Nadi.

Good ending to a holiday

Location to the airport. This was our last stay prior to departing Fiji so very handy with close proximity. The hotel has a free airport shuttle. We enjoyed the open bar/restaurant by the pool.

It’s a minor thing but I found the villa dark. Even during the day you need to turn the lights on. Pool closes at 7pm. We wished it could stay open later.

Staff was friendly

There was no pressure for shower and hard to fill the jug with water . The floor was very sticky after having the air conditioning on all night . Maybe they need to change the floor cleaning detergent .

Location close to the airport. Staff was polite and friendly.

The days we were there, water pressure was very low, and at times, we went without showers. The rooms we were in had grass as the Gardner mowed lawn, and as the doors had a gap, the grass was blown in doors , and mosquitoes came through the gap.

Had a nice pool with a slide. Workers are very very friendly but really good to stay at if you have kids

Pricing of food was a little pricey especially for the size but had good food also there wasn’t really much to do there

- Big rooms - Comfortable bed

- After asking 4 different people to get bath towels (that are supposed to be in the rooms already), no one came and we had to dry ourselves with our own clothes! - unpleasant person at the check-in desk - we have been asked to wait for someone who would have taken us to the room, after 15 minutes waiting, we asked if you could get our room and they answered:”why are you still here?”
